It does now. I didn't notice there was a new RC build with the same name... The text problem is indeed solved but text within a picture (not an image) is further truncated. This is not a new bug, it is just a further regression of an apparently old issue (it goes at least as far back as 4.3.7 but it doesn't happen in AOO). So I would say the specific text bug is fixed but there are still issues.
