Not quite. All the OK/Cancel dialogs are all unchanged. It's the "save/discard/cancel" MessageBoxes that now have the native ordering. The old ordering was save/discard/cancel everywhere and the new ordering is the same as the old for windows and kde, while for MacOSX and GNOME it's "discard/cancel/save" e.g. the warning dialog you get from attempting to close a document with changes. If there are any other discard/cancel/save dialogs around where the ordering is inconsistent between dialogs let me know and I'll fix them up to use the new mechanism.
