Someone could do an initial commit to demonstrate the process for a single deck, and leaving this open as an easyHack. But I'm not too keen on having a lingering inconsistent UI waiting for contributors. (Just for the record, I marked as inherited because OOo 3.3 could open the Styles and Formatting help page by pressing F1 when the docked panel was focused, but it didn't have a button either.
