If you use right click on a column or header, you get the popup menu
colheader.xml or rowheader.xml respectively. I see no means to get these popup
menues without mouse.

The hide/show row/column commands are currently not contained in any toolbar or
menu. So for me this is an accessibility problem. For the context menu of a
cell it might be too much to contain them. We could add them, but deactivate
them as default. But they should at least be available in the Sheet menu
without need to customize it.

Using the mouse position for decision, which context menu to show, is no
solution for me. The context menu key on keyboard or the shortcut <Shift>+F10
in LibreOffice should work without mouse.
