Actually, it is right. The comments mostly eliminate the need for what I
suggested. I did not know they existed

Though there are a couple things that can be improved

1. Comments open columns on all pages even if they have no comments. Why? It
wastes space. I think those blank columns should be removed

2. Comments are tied to words or phrases, and I think there can also be more
general remarks concerning the page or the subject. Maybe they can be given a
different colour of choice. Maybe they can be placed to the left and not to the
right

But you're right, this need is mostly filled by the comments, and I did not
know about that
