) larger and resizeable - Yes, please! Having a fixed sized Window makes little
sense.
) mark multiple conditions - Eg. with a number or in general? Regarding: avoid
deleting the wrong entries - This is why in image "CALC - feature request - new
UI for conditional formatting" there is a place for a 'short custom name' and
an (optional) short description. The use is to be able to tell your entries
appart
) Duplicate or Copy button - Indeed. It is already included in my suggestion
seen in file " CALC - feature request - new UI description 3".

) Speed up editing a CF - Not sure what you mean with that. Can you post eg. a
drawing of it? Is the option to manage CF of the CF button at the very top
enough / not what you're looking for?

The button I noticed is missing in my suggestion / design study is the option
to move an entry up or down in the current list of groups or formatting
elements.
