The default width of each SideBar Deck is calculated against the minimum width needed to expose all control widgets. And those minimums can be overridden by setting the 'MinimumWidth' attribute in Expert configuration. Widths as set will remain, they are recorded to user profile (and survive between sessions), but there are events that will trigger the resize calculation of any of the decks back to their default minimum widths. I've not cataloged which events will cause resize of the SB Decks/Content Panels, but it really is just a cosmetic nuisance.
