LibreOffice hivemind will decide what it wants, but if people don't want to join ask.libreoffice.org or Bugzilla - they may still have bright and clever ideas. Most people will not want to join them, as they take effort to learn and to adapt to unknown environment and rules both spoken and unspoken There will be trolls and wasters of time, but it's easy to see such people, and they probably won't cause any significant annoyance.
