Text can have only one language. But you have a couple of user-defined
dictionaries where those words can be added that are tech-bubble or something
to ignore like your name.

You find it under Tools > Options > Language and Locales > Writing Aids or via
the spellchecking workflow per Tools > Spelling... respectively F7. The online

https://documentation.libreoffice.org/en/english-documentation/ is for sure
even more informative 

And for the example "you must tell Buenos días to give the good morning" the
best way to manage the language is to define a character style with language =
Spanish and apply this the "buenos dias" part.
