Please consider that users might misunderstand a generic info:

"if you happen to delete a worksheet and there happens to be references
dependent on that worksheet, those references will be lost with no possibility
to recover them"

with a clear specific warning:

"definitely, certainly there are references to this worksheet, and they will be
lost if you continue with the deletion of this worksheet".

This kind of unclear message happens very frequently. Example: when saving as a
file format that is not the default ods file format, the message that asks "are
you sure" hints that some formatting might not be correctly saved; some users
understand that as "you are about to lose some formatting / feature, for sure".

I am not convinced that adding some generic information about (potentially)
loosing some reference is a positive. The original intention of the request was
to avoid having to confirm the dialog. I would not skip it (it has saved me
more than once), and we all know that "undo" is far from perfect.
