Now that the HAVE_BROKEN_STATIC_INITIALIZER_LIST bug has been fixed, the 32 bit
builds are failing with the following error:

resource of file "C:/core/workdir/LinkTarget/Executable/makedepend.exe". The
system cannot find the file specified.
[build LNK] Executable/makedepend.exe
