update access command to hidden paragraph fields in help pages
- this patch changes access command for "Hidden Paragraphs"
from "Formatting Aids" to "View" and
- corrects the header for Formatting Aids from "Display of"
to "Display formatting"
- for the changed paragraphs, also updated to <menuitem>
