Anyone has any clue?
for an object file this message usually means that compiling it failed
with an error, you should scroll up a bit (or try again) to see why it
broke.
I did, but I didn't see any other error in my build buffer. Since my
dos buffer is rather short, it's probably outside my buffer.
I think ( or at least I could swear that I saw on a number of occasions ) that the build has gotten clever and an error in the build results in a build_error.log ( or something like that ) in the source tree root.

btw I did a windows build yesterday that finished this morning ( slow machine ) that installs correctly, you should hopefully be ok
