    a11y: Make XAccessibleValue doc more consistent
    
    * Align the method names in the documentation
      to what the acual methods are called
      (e.g. `getMaximumValue`, not `getMaximumAccessibleValue`).
    
    * Use "minimum" and "maximum" consistently, not "minimal"
      and "maximal" in some places.
