- tdf#164715 Improve spelling suggestion for Thai
* th_TH/typos-common.txt, th_TH/typos-translit.txt,
th_TH/test-spelldict.sh:
- Add test cases and test script.
* th_TH/th_TH.aff:
- Add REP entries to cover more common mistakes in typos.
* th_TH/th_TH.dic:
- Try to make hunspell suggest proper spellings for typos
listed in typos-common.txt and typos-translit.txt:
+ Add ph: fields to existing entries
+ Remove/fix more typos found
+ Add entries as necessary
