This is a crucial point and a very fair concern.
I agree that any migration to a new build system should be accompanied
by clear, detailed documentation written for people with no prior
knowledge of Bazel.
If this proposal moves forward, I will make sure that creating
comprehensive, step-by-step guides is a top priority.
