What commit, exactly? dev-install was broken in the morning, but it's already fixed.
I couldn't say which commit is responsible, but it is still not building for me with make dev-install. Gets to near the end, and then fails with missing modules, even if I explicitly add the --with-help switch as Caolan suggested.
