The built-in wiki is versioned.  The interface is such that it does not
show the version DAG, however, and there are no provisions for doing merges
and whatnot.  The user interface could be enhanced to show the DAG and to
allow merging, if there is a real need for that.  Wiki changes propagate
using clone and sync just like code changes.

The issue is that each wiki page has its own DAG which is independent of
the code and every other wiki page.
