Now we must not forget that there would be no copyleft without copyright. It's 
easy to disavow copyright completely, but it would be counter-productive as 
far as copyleft is concerned, because...

...because copyleft does *much more* than remove the restrictions. It actively 
works *against* those restrictions, hacks the copyright system to grant the 
users *more freedoms* than what they would have in a world without copyright 
(and copyleft).

Let's not forget that.
