Their not certified RYF (for reasons that escape me) but several vendors
who do RYF laptops have done desktops too at various times (depending on
stock). Minifree has done so in the past (though their not offering one
at the moment). Vikings.net has one at this link:

Raptor Computing has some Talos PowerPC workstations their taking
pre-orders for though the price is a little steep compared to x86.
(Power 9 isn't cheap).

Im personally waiting on an EOMA68-A20 with a Microdesktop and Laptop
housing. Though my computing requirements are modest. Even so I will
likely buy the next iteration of EOMA68 card quickly.

That is a really good question, which I am asking since a couple of
days. The better I could find are those selled by ThinkPenguin [0], but
they do not use LibreBoot and we don't know (at least I don't know) if
there are bad backdoors in their hardware.
There is also the EOMA68 micro-desktop [1], but I don't know
if/when/how
we can buy it, and if/how it is powerful, and if it uses LibreBoot.
Unfortunately, it seems to me that at the moment, the best we can do is
to build our own computer, using pieces of fsf-recommanded
libre-friendly hardware. But we (at least I) don't necessarily have the
time nor the skills to do that.
Good luck !
