I've noticed that I can put my Toshiba 6gb drive into my
100ct both ways - label side up and green side up. Except
the handles will only fit correctly with the green side up
when the computer is right-side-up and running...

This was confirmed from Micro Solutions in an email to
me that this is the correct way the drives are supposed to be.

Don't know if this may help or not... am assuming that you
have the drive in the correct position.
