I've been hesitating at a Linux install on my Libretto 50 for the past
year. I bought a new disk, and intend to install only LInux (not sharing
with Windows). The method that sounded most direct was attaching the new
drive directly to a desktop already running Linux using the cable adapter.
Bought a cable, but the horror stories about blowing out the disk with the
wrong orientation of the cable.
Any thoughts or encouragement? Thanks....Lyle
