Sorry about the REALLY delayed response...
Yes, I made my own. Straight (fused @ 3A) lighter plug to the libretto. I
start the car first to raise the voltage to 13.8-14.5V then I turn on the
libretto. Seems to charge it, but it does take longer to charge...
All parts available from radio shack.
