I heard a guy in that PC Club (?) place down on Bellflower off the 405 in 
L.B. say something I'd never heard before.  He said that Windows doesn't use 
any more RAM than 128MB.  Then he correced himself, and siad that Windows 
doesn't use any RAM over 128MB EFFECTIVELY.

Have you ever heard this before?  I threw and extra 128MB RAM in a PII 350 
system with 64 MB in order to speed up processing audio tracks in SoundForge 
and grapics in PhotoShop.  I was thinking of buying more since it's so cheap 
these days... but now I'm wondering if it's worth it.

I'll do a bit of research on the net and see what I can find.
