The issue with the 12 Gig drives was, IIRC, because of default settings for
the particular drive, not to overcome some basic "flaw" in the Librettos
themselves.
Here's one for the old-timers on the list: Remember the flap when MP3
playing was first discussed here, how times have changed!

(Who is still trying to decide what to order with my 2 "Freecards" from
Toshiba - the 802.11 wireless cards are looking quite tempting... Hmm...)
