Subject: Seeing >8GB

What does the statement "A libretto 70CT can't see more than 8GB on a hard
drive" mean?

More specifically, if I partitioned a 16GB hard drive (without an
overlay) as

1 GB primary partition (for Win95b C drive)
1 GB primary partition (for Linux /)
14 GB extended partition, containing:
5.9 GB logical partition (for Win95 D drive)
100 MB blank space (for suspension)
8 GB logical partition (for Linux /home)

would
a) Win95b be able to see the D drive (since it's under the 8GB mark), or
b) Win95b not be able to see the D drive (since it's in an extended
partition that crosses the 8GB mark)?

TIA,
Mike
