I'll make it quick .... the command is "cmd:unsubscribe" and not just "unsubscribe", 
"cmd unsubscribe", "unsubscribble" or any permutation thereof - look at the footers 
attached to every email if you want details. People who mess this up tend to become 
the source of a great deal of humour in this channel but I think its growing a little 
old now ...
