Here it is. Read it slowly. Then read it again. Then read it aloud to a
loved one. Translate it into German and back from French if you want.
Finally, read it and print it out. Then read it.

If you are on the list, send an email to

[EMAIL PROTECTED]

containing the subject exactly as follows

cmd:unsubscribe

If you are on the digest, send the email to

[EMAIL PROTECTED]

with the subject exactly as follows

cmd:unsubscribe digest

Notice the space between unsubscribe and digest. Notice the LACK of spaces
between cmd and :

This has never been known to fail. However, the following methods will
always fail:

Cmd:unsibscribe
cmd: unsubscribe
Cmdunsubscribe
CMD:unsubscribe
cmd:UNSUBSCRIBE
unsubscribe
unsubscribe me
unsubscribe me NOW
remove
de-subscribe
stop
delete
quit
off
cmd:get me off this freaking list

and the all-time winner:

cmd:unscribble

Thanks
