Looks that way to me.

If a Subject: line does not contain the 'new' [LIB] marker, then a  [LIB]
prefix is added, even if the Subject: already contains the full (and
apparently now defunct) [LIBRETTO].

I think everyone needs to manually edit the Subject: if it already contains
[LIBRETTO] - just delete delete RETTO and leave [LIB]...

It's still being added as a prefix - can't it be a suffix?
(I've edited this one and put [LIB] at the end - let's see what happens)
Does anyone out there even want the marker???
