Well wht I do to correct the problem like on my thinkpad I have a problem with the hdd conroler.. Windows loads a controler and ibm loads a controler.. I went back and forth deleteing the controlers until I decided to just remove them from the profile.. Create another profile. You will be prompted at boot to choose which profile you want to us.. In the second profile remove the ones that are giving you problms and then reboot.. Choose the profile without those devices and see if it runs fine.. If not reboot and go at it again using the orig profile.. -----Original Message----- From: T i m [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Sunday, March 03, 2002 1:56 PM To: Libretto Subject: Re: [LIB] OSR2 GPF? Hi Phillip, Sri Mate, not done it yet .. some kind soul sent me a link to a pic of a 50 Device man screen but I couldn't open it? (Dan was it?) Why does it come up IS there a Midi controller in there? My main question is what should I do about the "PCMCIA Card Services" that's under the "Other Devices" section? All the best ..
