Well, to be honest, this Dell has a lot (255RAM, 3D GE Force game thingy, CD writer, DVD, 2USB ports under a flap in the front-a real plus), and when it works, it's great. I have done selective start up, changing all sorts of stuff on and off, but it never works properly. The tech support is very supportive, but they can't hit it with a big enough hammer. This is my second computer, the 8100 was worse. This 8200 is my consolation prize. And it's NOISY.
