Well disconnecting the power is effectively an eject command because all 
the smarts in the port replicator shut down (you can only use the 'dumb' 
ports which the libby recons it has even when its not on the docking 
station anyway). By default though it shouldn't suspend or standby on eject 
anyway ... it should just come up with a hardware configuration changed 
screen ... did you set it somewhere to go into standby when undocking or 
something? Also have you installed all the Toshiba power management stuff? 
Perhaps that may give you some finer control over these things than the 
stuff built into Windows.
