Yes please - I'm considering ripping a dead 50 battery to bits for the 'socket' and a dead mobo for a 'plug' to make an adaptor cable so I can use the portege long-life (5000mA/hr!) battery with the lib...I've had 8 hours on the portege with it, and it's four times the normal 50/70 battery capacity :) I have a *feeling* that the only significant connections for powering the lib are the ones at opposite ends - ie the + and -; I think the others are only used to charge the beast, except maybe one with the state of charge info data?
