the latest Librettos have UDMA ports, but on my L110, I think it's just a PIO port, so <=16MB/sec transfer rates max, although I think I'm getting about half that on various benchmarks I had done casually months ago with my 20GB Hitachi. Oh, well... still, the newer drives with larger buffers reduce the need to go to the disk as often when reading from the HD, so it'll help keep the transfer rates up.
