AFAIK only Win98SE and higher can do that, not Win98. And AFAIK on a
Libretto you can't anyway.

You need two physically different (but may be the same model) PCI
graphics cards for this, or a multiheaded video card, and as the Lib110
only has one single integrated graphics "card" with just one logical
video output channel, you are out of luck.

What you want might be somewhat approximated by utilities which allow
multiple desktops, like DeskWin.
There are several of these utilities around.
