okay found a cheap one for $26 something a night over in asakasa next to the tawaramachi station. get off at that stop, locate the post office on one of the corners and the glossy mirrored rounded building across from it. You will head opposite of these two buildings down the street closest to the mirrored building (you should see both buildings in sight as you go down the street, one on each corner).
