1st... Why remove the HDD spacers?  The only Lib of
the 4 main ones (here in the USA) that needed to have
them removed was the 50CT in order to fit 9.5mm HDDs
in them.  The 100 & 110 >are< a bit tight on the HDD
fit, but I just loosen 2-3 screws a bit when inserting
or removing the drive.  But I think those rubbery
�spacers� ere there to provide a bit of shock
absorption. 

That said, if you take the battery out, and look
inside at the left and right sides, you'll see the
connecter latches.  You can press inwards a bit on the
outside of the bottom half, and outwards from the
inside on the top half and the latches will release. 
After those the others go easier.  From what I can see
on my old 100 case, there's only 2 more latches.  One
above the IR cover on the right side, and one in the
back above the PC card ejector just to the side of the
mic input jack.  They both should pop off easily after
the 2 latches in the battery compartment are released.
