works well--everything, except for bluetooth, sets up ok even the modem--although you will need to install a driver for the atheros wireless lan. You'll also need technical expertise to mess with the modem to get it to work. I have not gotten bluetooth to work yet. What I have read on the web is it is disabled on startup by the bios and then enabled by the toshiba divers under windows--however I am not sure I believe that. I am beginning to think Windows disables it on shutdown so when the machine is turned on again it does not work. Either that or it needs a shot of firmware. However the cardbus slot works great--all my cards work--and so I am able to use my Zoom bluetooth card when I need it. There is nothing I can find for using the finger print sensor although it is there and ready to be used--I have found some stuff on the web and maybe I'll find a program that is integrated into Linux like the Omnipass software is for windows. Otherwise it should be a simple thing of scanning and saving in encrypted form. The acpi dstp may need modification--it reports my battery capacity wrong says 3600 when it is 3400. Otherwise I get what toshiba says for battery life -- around 6 hours using Linux and around 3-3.5 using XP. I'm using Slackware 10.1 with its 2.6.10 experimental kernel.

I'm lusting^H^H^H^H looking at one as a replacement to a CT110 thats getting very unreliable and long in the tooth (and is currently needing a resistor remounted into the PSU section of the mb :-( ) alan
