I have an FF1100V with the memory upgrade. I believe Toshiba used the same memory in another laptop, but can't remember the model. I'll look at my pc when I get home and see if I can get a part number off it. I've come up with lots of helpful information in the archives, but I need something current, can someone help me upgrade the ram in my FF1100 by either telling me where I can get some memory for it or maybe it takes the same ram as other models? I've had it running win98 english for a while now and everything works perfectly except the ishuttle which works but doesnt launch any applications (not that I really care, it was just a novelty to me) and the snap button which is supposed to take a photo, but neither of these is very important. However I'm finding win98 a bit of a pain (ah the memories!) and so would like to try win2k as I have found a method of installing it without internet explorer which should speed it up quite a bit, but I think 128mb of ram would be advisable before installing win2k (or is 98mb maximum, I thought it was 128...) Anyway, _any_ help with locating a memory upgrade for the 1100 would be much appreciated. Cheers, Ash
