Sir Im not checking for resistance, Im checking for voltage to see if the battery is fully charged. Most battery have a plus (+) side and a minus (-), I just asked for that. A warning from you would be fine, A scolding is not my name is carval, in the future dont answer my posting I don't need your advice ************************************************************ Dear List Members, I'm very sorry, If I offended anyone with my posting this morning. I apologize, I was very upset after reading the reply from . [EMAIL PROTECTED] Here is the problem, early this week I posted that my Libretto charging sub system was either not charging the batteries (I have 2) or both batteries went bad at the same time? The computer doesn't boot with them? All what I wanted to do is check the batteries to see if they had a full charge or not? I wasnt going to take the battery pack apart to replace the cells, I'm sorry, I used the wrong term "Ohm meter", I have a Multi meter (Fluke) set to measure Voltage, not Ohm sorry carval if you have to ask that you don't know enough to test them. the libretto battery pack uses li-ion cells which are explosive and you need specific training to work on them. you do NOT just connect li-ion cells to an ohmmeter to test the resistance. they could just just blow up in your face. _____________________________________________________________________ Call Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere in the World - FREE!
