Subject: 110 and stuff for sale
Hi Everyone,
I have upgraded to a more modern laptop and and saddly selling off
my Libretto. After about 8 years of using one I have finally reached the
point where it just doesn't have the power to cope with modern OS and
software :-(
It is a Libretto 110CT, a P233 with 64MB of RAM, fited with a 6GB
hard drive. I also have the floppy disc drive, two enhanced port
replicators, the genuine Toshiba leather case, some spare thumb covers. The
small battery works fine, lasts about 1.5 hours, but the large capacity
battery won't hold a charge anymore. The PCMCIA cover for the Libretto is
missing, as are the covers for one of the EPR.
The CMOS battery needs replacing, as it often boots with a 'Bad CMOS
checksum' error but works fine if you ignore the error.
There's no OS, but a copy of Windows 98 will be included - unless
your name is Bill Gates :-) I'll also include a CD will all the various
Libretto drivers/utilies and stuff that I've accumulated over the years.
I'm looking for about £125, though will consider offers. Postage is
likely to between £5-10 for recorded delivery, more if you want special
delivery (though next is not possible as I live in the wilds of Scotland and
the post office don't offer that sort of service here). Will ship overseas
if necessary but expect postage to be a lot more.
