It's been way too long, and I just caught up with all the submitted
patches (more or less) so it's time to package up a new release. MSVC
has really been a pain lately with errors about overwriting files in use
and not finding assemblies that are already referenced in projects, so
I'm putting up the release right now and will wait to hear back on how
it works before making a release announcement.
