libsigcplusplus has now been moved (copied?) both to
https://github.com/libsigcplusplus/libsigcplusplus and to
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libsigcplusplus. Is that what we want? Is
one a mirror of the other? If they are independent copies, it will
become confusing.
