[PATCH] Load certificates from memory

Hi,

This patch makes it possible to load server certificates from memory
(currently they can be only loaded from disk).

Use with:

ssh_bind_options_set(sshbind, SSH_BIND_OPTIONS_HOSTKEY_MEMORY, priv_key);
