So then id' suggest the following host triplets for us:

i586-pc-winnt-parity<msvc-version> (e.g. i586-pc-winnt-parity80)
i586-pc-winnt-msvc<msvc-version> (e.g. i586-pc-winnt-msvc80)

what do you think? Maybe we should think about using win32/win64 instead
of winnt too. Parity only supports win32 by now. OTOH the i586 denotes a
x86 CPU anyway. But: one could build (in the future)
x86_64-pc-win32-msvc80 or something like that... Ideas?
