Hi, i encountered 2 similar errors in an attempt to build check-0.14.0

Msys2 targets native Windows APIs. I suggest consulting Microsoft's
API documentation.

A bit more detailed on https://pastebin.com/VKnYxXXm
It seems like a Windows header file which declares spawnv is not being
included.
For libcheck the problem can be solved by using cmake to build it. But
autotools/automake build system should work, too, as long as it is supported.
What i hope will be until the end of the universe :)
Configuring with any CFLAGS=-D_XOPEN_SOURCE=500 or such did not solve the
problem.
Any help apreciated.
It would be senseless for -D_XOPEN_SOURCE=500 to help for Msys2
because this is an option for POSIX APIs (specifically APIs defined by
XOPEN), not Windows APIs.
What does this issue have to do with libtool?
I have not had any problems when compiling GraphicsMagick under msys2
and GraphicsMagick is also using libtool and using the Windows
spawnvp() function.
