The latest commit on github does hash checking in a dedicated thread,
which should give increased performance when (re- / final) hashing a
torrent or very high-speed downloading.
If possible could some of you try it out to see how the performance
is, and if there's any bugs. (Extensive unit tests should mean less
bugs, and I got SSD and slow connection so not much opportunity to
test performance)
Looks like I've hit some bug or...
After shutdown I can't start rtorrent with it's session anymore.
It's starts, begins loading session than crashes leaving this on the
console
rtorrent
rtorrent: PollKQueue::modify() error: No such file or directory
with these logs settings
log.add_output = "storage_debug", "rtorrent.log"
log.add_output = "thread_debug", "rtorrent.log"
I have this in log
1327519390 I 7BDF7FBDE1FB162FB1E3D0016E8F59FC0C1CE22E->file_list: Opening.
1327519390 I AAF3E3F88F1C7D0011DC557B1DECD35631F09A5F->file_list: Opening.
1327519392 N Starting thread.
This torrent AAF3E3F88F1C7D0011DC557B1DECD35631F09A5F was just a closed
torrent that I hadn't had downloaded yet.
If I remove session files that belongs to this torrent from a session dir
than rtorrent crashes on a next unfinished torrent.
Any hints on this?
