But also limit the maximum extent to 700px. This is different from the current when text occupying a fixed 700px width is what you have, even if your screen is 480px. In other words, what I would prefer, and which I think is achievable, is text that wraps as long as the screen width is less than 700px, and text that wraps at 700px when wider. > I do not want to chose between large or small screens.
