Hmm, Cypress EZ-USB FX3, that is USB 3.0 Super Speed
stuff.  Are you using a USB 3.0 port on the host? Have you
tried it under a USB 2.0 port to see if that works?

What is the OS version? If it is not Windows 8, you are
using a vendor USB host driver stack and that is potentially
buggy. What is the Host XHCI chipset? If you are using NEC
chipset, have you upgraded the host driver and the firmware
as well?
