usbutils is now working out of the box for Linux (and probably
FreeBSD).

I've done the build for Mac OS X and Cygwin as well but the
changes need some work to be integrated into usbutils tree.

If you can do it for MinGW, that would be very nice. MSVC
is a bonus. :-)
